MORTGAGE FIELD SERVICES INSPECTIONS
What types of inspections are there?

Property Inspections, Disaster Inspections, No Contact and Bankruptcy Inspections, Interior Inspections, Insurance Loss Inspections: IL, Loss Draft, Construction Draw.

Inspections include:

7 core photos: Front + Front/Left + Front/Right, Address Verification, Two Street Scenes, Street Signs and Two to Three Occupancy Indicators if occupied, Utilities photos, First Time Vacant (FTV)/Vacancy Form, Letter Delivery and additional photos per work order if applicable and/or required.
